In April 2025, AS Silmet Grupp acquired additional 50% stakes in AS Sillamäe Sadam (Silport), AS SILSTEVE, AS SILPOWER, and AS Silport Real Estate, increasing its ownership in these companies to 100%.
The transaction enables the companies to better adapt to changing geopolitical situation and to coordinate management more effectively. In addition, Port of Sillamäe and Silport Real Estate were merged.
The ownership structure of Silmet Grupp is based entirely on 100% Estonian private capital.
